Usually have my dad change my oil but once in a while I give him a break. Dempsters got me in quick with my online appointment request and got me in and out within the hour. They also provided a complimentary inspection report on my overall vehicle. After I left, I noticed they failed to give me the first time $10 off but I’m not concerned, maybe I had to ask about it. Overall good experience!

The part that I need for my car came in on time and my car was done was on time.

I had 2 exhaust manifold bolts broken that needed to be extracted. I called 5 other places and they either didn’t do it or couldn’t get it in for weeks. I spoke to the owners son he was very friendly and professional. He was able to get it in the next day and it was done the following morning for less then they originally expected. I’m very happy with the service and will be bringing my trucks there from this point on.

Nice staff, true to pricing with no surprises, serviced both cars for us. Cameron was great to work with and they even did a safety check pointing out immediate needs and what to look for moving forward, to keep us on the road! We'll be back! Hopefully not too soon 😉, but we will be there when we need service in the future!
